If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website, create an account, post jobs, apply for roles, or enrol in training.

2. The Acadveda Platform

Acadveda provides role-based tools for education hiring and professional development, which may include:

• A job portal with listings tailored for teachers, HODs, principals, and other education staff.
• Professional profiles, applications, and applicant tracking.
• School and institution dashboards for posting jobs and managing recruitment.
• Location coverage across states, districts, and blocks.
• Specialized training, leadership development, and certification programs.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to use Acadveda. The platform is for education professionals and institutions, not for students seeking school admission. You must provide accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.

4. Accounts and User Roles

Acadveda uses role-based accounts, such as educator, principal, school, staff, and administrator. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login details secure. You must not share credentials or access another user’s account.

We may suspend or close an account if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, information is false, or the platform is being used in a way that harms other users or institutions.

5. Educator Profiles and Applications

If you create an educator profile or apply for a job, you agree that:

• Your qualifications, experience, subject expertise, and credentials are true and not misleading.
• Documents you upload, such as resumes and certificates, are yours to share and may be shown to schools you apply to.
• You will use job listings and institution information only to evaluate and apply for roles.
• Acadveda does not guarantee that you will be shortlisted, interviewed, or hired.

6. School Job Postings and Hiring

If you post jobs or review applicants on behalf of a school or institution, you agree that:

• Job listings are accurate, lawful, and related to genuine education roles.
• Applicant profiles and documents will be used only for recruitment and hiring decisions.
• You will not discriminate unlawfully or misuse personal information of candidates.
• You are responsible for your hiring decisions. Acadveda is a platform for posting, matching, and tracking applications, not the employer unless we expressly say otherwise.

7. Training Programs and Certifications

Acadveda may offer courses, workshops, leadership training, and certifications to help educators grow. Enrolment, completion, and any certificate issued depend on the program rules and your participation. Training content is for professional development and does not replace licences, government approvals, or employment contracts required by an institution or regulator.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Acadveda only for lawful education hiring, career, and training purposes. You must not:

• Post false jobs, fake credentials, or misleading school or candidate information.
• Scrape, copy, or harvest profiles, listings, or applicant data without permission.
• Interfere with the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt other users.
• Use Acadveda to spam, harass, discriminate unlawfully, or recruit for non-education or illegal work.
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property or contains malware.

9. Intellectual Property

Acadveda owns the platform, website design, logos, software, and original content we provide, unless otherwise stated. You may use the service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, sell, reverse engineer, or redistribute Acadveda materials except as allowed by these Terms or with our written permission.

You keep ownership of the profile, job, and application content you submit. You grant Acadveda a licence to host, display, and share that content as needed to operate the hiring and training platform — for example, showing your profile to a school you apply to, or showing a job post to matching educators.

10. No Employment or Placement Guarantee

Acadveda helps educators discover roles and helps institutions find candidates. We do not guarantee job offers, salary, joining dates, or filling of vacancies. Any employment relationship is between the educator and the hiring institution, not with Acadveda, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

11. Disclaimers

Acadveda is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep listings, profiles, and training information useful and current, but we do not warrant that all job posts, credentials, or institution details are complete, accurate, or error-free. You should verify important hiring or career information directly with the other party.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Acadveda is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost jobs, hiring delays, or decisions made by schools or educators based on information on the platform. Our total liability for claims related to these Terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant service in the twelve months before the claim, or a nominal amount if you used Acadveda at no charge.

13. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using Acadveda and request account closure at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue part of the service. Provisions that should reasonably survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — remain in effect after termination.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Acadveda evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the website or platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using Acadveda and close your account.
